This hotel was incredibly clean and the rooms were warm and comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the view from the terrace is magnificent. The staff were super accommodating and helpful.

A special thanks and deep appreciation to the kitchen chef, whose incredible talent made my stay even more memorable. She prepared a special Refesa just for me upon request, and it was absolutely exceptional beautifully crafted, rich in flavor, and prepared with such care. It was a highlight of my trip and a gesture I will never forget. I would also like to extend heartfelt thanks to Bouchra, Mohamed, and Yousif for their wonderful attitude, kindness, and impeccable service. Their welcoming smiles, thoughtful assistance, and exceptional treatment throughout my stay made all the difference. They represent the very best of Moroccan hospitality. Very hospitable and they even organized some bland food and medicine when I became sick from eating elsewhere. The staff was helpful and gave recommendations of the area. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious.

An absolutely amazing place with exceptional staff ,a special thanks to Youssef, Hayat, and Bouchra for their outstanding hospitality. The rooftop is truly one of the best in town, offering a wonderful atmosphere. The food was fresh, homemade, and delicious. Every detail was perfect.
