Booking Review
Beautiful and comfortable place in the heart of the Medina
Location right in the Medina- bit tricky to find, in alleys
Very good
The room was cold and you could hear people in the yard during the night.
Well worth it
I have been there before, but tried the breakfast for the first time. It was the best breakfast I had in Marrakech and for only 18 DH. It is in the middle of the medina, the roof section is huge, covering multiple buildings. Excellent view on the roof as well. The walk to the entrance is 'interesting' through little alleys, but that is how it is in the Medina. You couldn't hear the Medina noise in the building, it is peace and quiet in the Riad. All in all, excellent place to stay for a very good price.
Beautiful and Practical
The staff were exceptional and met us at our taxi to help us find the place. We were also allowed to leave our bags there on the last day. The place was aesthetically stunning, in a brilliant location, and with the most scrummy of breakfasts!
Unforgettable
Location, property architecture and friendly staff ( cats included )
Superb
Lovely staff, great location, beautiful facilities
Very good
Everything. You will not expect such a wonderful space inside a tunnel of lanes. It's pocket friendly for solo travelers

Great central location. The guys were very friendly and always ready to help, which made us feel really welcome. The bohemian vibe and interior design matched our taste perfectly.

Exceptional
Where to begin. The riad was a little piece of paradise, beautifully orchestrated with a traditional, exotic ambience by three delightful young men from the Sahara region. The scent was incredible, the nightly ritual of lighting the lamps, and the soft traditional music playing in the background made me feel as though I was in another world. The three gentlemen running the riad were simply wonderful. They run the riad with a professional, effortless, calm, vibe. They constantly ask if you're OK or want anything. Their attention to detail is faultless. I have been to Marrakech 5 times and stayed in various riads from budget to high end. The Bohemian Jungle is by far the best. It's a stunning environment, true to the authentic morroccan culture. Cleanliness was a priority throughout, and the guest's needs always catered for. The breakfast was plentiful, and a hearty start to each day. There are tourists who moan about lack of TVs in some riads. I hope The Bohemian Jungle stays true to riad culture and doesn't change or modernise anything. There is Gueliz and hotels for people wanting those kinds of things. Thank you all for one of the most beautiful experiences of my entire life. Mohamed, your genuine smile will be forever imprinted in my heart. Ismail, thank you for sharing your music with me and introducing me to traditional Amazigh sounds. Hassan, thank you for showing me hospitality. I have so many amazing memories of my week in your riad, I will treasure forever...
Beautiful hostel just don’t eat the food
The hostel itself is stunning, and very good value for money! The view from the top is great as well, especially for sunset! The pool is cold but very refreshing after a day exploring in the heat! It is in a great location, walking distance to everything! I felt like everything was clean and well maintained! And the staff are very friendly and helpful!
Fantastic Riad
The place was so cute and so affordable and the staff went above and beyond for us. We loved this place!
Exceptional
A beautiful and peaceful hotel with warm, welcoming staff. Very comfortable and perfectly located near the dunes. Riad Madu is an elegant choice for a Sahara stay. Book a suite if you can to overlook the pool and dunes. Magical! They arranged a seamless trip out to their luxury camp for us too. Highly recommend!
A beautiful oasis
Tucked down quiet paths, Bohemian Jungle was a little oasis. Beautifully decorated with real attention to detail: orange oil scent, gentle Moroccan music. The rooms are fabulous with everything you need: towels, robes, air con etc. and all open on to the riads central courtyard which is full of plants and a beautiful plunge pool. The roof top is glorious, part sheltered, part open. The hosts, Hassan and Ismael were absolutely lovely people. Attentive, warm, friendly, helpful. I can’t imagine a more perfect place to stay in Marrakech. We didn’t have time to go out on any trips, but we will be back as we were so sad to leave! Bohemian Jungle is possibly the loveliest place I have ever stayed.
Good
It’s amazing, everything is amazing. I was traveling alone for 3 days, I took a room with 4 beds and I share with a Germany couple, they were so polite and cool. The room is good, I can’t claim abt nothing.
Great stay in the center of Medina
The pool was great. The staff was very helpful and I liked the location.
Superb
I would like to say thank you especially to a girl called Kenza. She was extremely helpful, great customer service. All the staff is amazing 👏 Thank you for making my experience great.
Very good
The staff were super friendly and helpful, the facilities were amazing, the rooms were comfortable, and the location was great, right in the middle of the Medina. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.
Exceptional
Big rooms and great location in Merzouga with views of the dunes and dunes in walking distance
Exceptional
It was amazing place. Staff were very helpful especially Mohammed. We loved the rooftop for breakfast and just relaxing up there.
I enjoyed
I think the best thing especially when you go in Marrakesh in August its to have a pool and it was also a nice place to get to know each other and best for solo travelers. I felt very good in the hostel also the staff was amazing and gave us very good recomandations.
Unforgettable experience
Where can I start? The staff is wonderful. Mohammed is being the star. He is such a nice guy, always available, attentive, ready to help with his most kind ways, the other guys are amazing too, Hassan and Ismael. There is nothing that this staff cannot do, they are multi language and they surprised us with concert every evening. Hassan plays guitar and others join with other instruments and sing their traditional music together. The music is so soft to ears. The property is wonderfully decorated, with the latest trend, very Instagram savvy; it's in the hearth of the medina. Someone definitely put a lot of thinking and decorated the Riad with all handcrafts you may find selling in Marrakesh or throughout the Morrocco. The breakfast is fulfilling; fruit salad and freshly squeezed orange juice were my favorites. The traditional breads & honey and fruit jams were my sister's favorite. We highly recommend this Riad in every way possible. We had the best Moroccan experience with this riad and its wonderful staff. Thank you everyone who works in the Riad, again and again!
The fairy tale riad running by heart and the atmosphere
This was a real riad that had the atmosphere like from 1000 and 1 night story with its decoration , flying birds, nature and the pool. We were welcomed by heart by Ismael, Mohamed and Hassan whose English was excellent. They 3 were charming men and very well behaved towards all guests with a polite talk - were helpful all the time . They were playing guitars , drums and singing tinariwen music and taught my son - and he loved so much . Also a beautiful music or fragrance were bringing me closer to orient . Breakfast was different every day with a big variety and quality. Also our room - so beautiful decorated with a very comfortable bed. Big thank you for women who were making our room every day . I will recommend this riad to everyone . Great rest .
Good but sketchy location
It was cheap and the reception staff were nice. The room has AC which is good and a bathroom with a hot shower.
Great place and people
The decoration is amazing and extra clean. Smail, Mohamed, Nouredine take care of us like we were part of their family, explaining souk, Jamaa El fna place and giving us good advises on where to go and where to the eat. All were great advises. You can go there with no doubt. We will for sure come back again.
it was worth what i've paid for
The pool

Nothing is too big of a concern

It’s located in the heart of the Medina, pretty close to all the tourist spots. The shares room is absolutely clean, and the bed is comfortable. The pool is great. The staff is eager to help. Definitely worth it!

Lovely rooftop, pool and they serve alcohol which was nice. We enjoyed watching the sunset with a beer! Also, the dorms were comfortable and the bathroom was good.

My favourite hostel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were amazing and super friendly. From the receptionists, security, volunteers and cleaning staff. Every single one of them went above and beyond to make it feel like home.
My stay at Equity Point felt like coming home, filled with warmth, care, and the genuine kindness of an exceptional team
Equity Point has been a special place in my heart since it first opened. I’ve returned many times over the years, and every time I walk through those doors, it feels like coming home. That deep sense of familiarity, comfort, and care has never faded, it’s only grown stronger. I want to express my deepest gratitude to the incredible team who make this place what it is. Youssef (Guest Relations) is one of the kindest and most genuinely caring people I’ve ever met. His warmth and presence make you feel instantly seen, valued, and welcomed. Hamza (Security) is like a gentle guardian angel, always keeping an eye out, opening the door with a smile, and making sure everyone feels safe, respected, and at ease. Nadia (Manager) has the kind of energy that stays with you, after all these years, she recognized me instantly, greeting me with such genuine joy that it truly touched my heart. And Mary (Volunteer), with her infectious smile and radiant positivity, lifts the atmosphere every time she comes across. I also want to give special thanks to the cleaning ladies, who are always working so hard with bright smiles and a respectful, gracious attitude that adds so much warmth to the everyday experience. Their quiet presence and care do not go unnoticed. The entire team at Equity Point embodies the best of Moroccan hospitality. They go above and beyond every day, not just with their duties, but with their hearts, offering kindness, smiles, and a cozy feeling that stays with you long after you leave. The facilities are always impeccably clean, the pool sparkling, but what makes this place truly exceptional is the people. They are the heart and soul of Equity Point. I sincerely hope upper management recognizes the treasure they have in this team, they are what keep guests like me coming back, year after year, with deep appreciation and love.
Exceptional
Everything! If you're considering it...booking it!! This hostel is easily the best hostel, not only in Marrakech but that I've stayed in, in a long time!! Right in the middle of the medina, yet no noise from it. Great sized dorms, all with a bathroom in. The pool is an absolute dream, especially after being in the heat, even for just chilling around & meeting other people. It's a really social hostel (at the same time it can be just a peaceful with co-working spaces & lots of areas like little reading nooks etc) The rooftop terrace, bar & restaurant are beautiful & the food is fantastic!! Really good value for money & the rooftop features add to the social aspect too for meeting people & also have stunning views! The spa & hammam here are also so, so good, a definite must try!!
Exceptional
The level of cleanliness, the staff and the amazing decoration
We had an excellent stay at Riad Madu on a hot May day
The hospitality of the place was outstanding. Very warm welcome and both breakfast and dinner were excellent.
Good
We stayed for 2 nights and had a good experience overall. The hotel was clean and the air conditioner in the room worked well, which was a big plus.
