Terms and Conditions – Sahara Tours LLC
Welcome to Sahara Tours Morocco LLC, a registered Limited Liability Company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States (File No. 2025-001781674). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any tour or service with us. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or authorized communication channels.
A booking is confirmed only after payment of the required deposit and receipt of a confirmation email from Sahara Tours Morocco LLC.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse bookings at our discretion.
2. Payments and Pricing
Tour prices are quoted in Euros (€) or Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid prior to or on arrival.
Prices are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as fuel price increases, government taxes, or exchange rate fluctuations.
Sahara Tours Morocco LLC reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly, with advance notice to clients.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date will receive a full refund minus the deposit.
Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before the tour start date will be refunded 50% of the total amount.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour start date are non-refundable.
In case of cancellation by Sahara Tours Morocco LLC due to force majeure or other valid reasons, a full refund or alternative arrangements will be offered.
4. Changes and Modifications
Requests for itinerary changes or date modifications must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply for changes after booking confirmation.
5. Health and Safety
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate in the tours and activities booked.
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of booking.
Sahara Tours Morocco LLC follows strict safety standards but is not liable for injuries or accidents caused by clients’ negligence or failure to follow instructions.
6. Travel Documents and Visas
Clients are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, and travel insurance.
Sahara Tours Morocco LLC is not liable for any issues arising from improper documentation.
7. Liability
Sahara Tours Morocco LLC acts only as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and other suppliers.
We do not accept liability for delays, accidents, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
Clients are advised to have comprehensive travel insurance covering such risks.
8. Force Majeure
Sahara Tours Morocco LLC shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond our control including natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
9. Photography and Media
By joining our tours, clients consent to photographs or videos taken during the trip being used for promotional purposes by Sahara Tours Morocco LLC unless explicitly requested otherwise.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Moroccan law for all on-the-ground operations in Morocco and by Wyoming law (U.S.A.) for the company’s business registration and international legal standing.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts unless otherwise required by applicable international law.
11. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during booking is used solely for providing tour services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
