🗺️ Day-by-Day Itinerary
(Shared group tour – available any day)
Group departure from Fez, traveling through the “Little Switzerland” of Ifrane with its alpine architecture, then into the majestic cedar forest where you may spot wild Barbary macaques. Continue across the dramatic Middle Atlas landscapes and the high plains of Midelt. Arrive in Merzouga just in time for a golden-hour camel ride over the dunes, followed by a traditional dinner under the stars at your desert camp.
Enjoy a free morning in the desert to soak in the silence of the dunes and the beauty of Merzouga’s sunrise. For those seeking adventure, you can add ATV quad biking, try sandboarding down the golden slopes, or join a 4×4 excursion to visit local nomad families (extra charge). In the evening, gather around the campfire for traditional music, storytelling, and a peaceful night under the stars
Discover the authentic vibes of Rissani’s traditional market before driving toward the towering Todra Canyons. Enjoy a short walk between the 300-meter cliffs and feel the cool air of the gorge. Continue your journey through the winding Dades Valley, known for its dramatic rock formations and mountain scenery.
Travel from Dades through the colorful Roses Valley and onward to Ouarzazate. Follow the legendary Road of the Thousand Kasbahs, stopping at palm-filled oases, ancient mud-brick fortresses, and local rose cooperatives where traditional products are made. Enjoy scenic viewpoints and photo stops along one of Morocco’s most picturesque routes.
Journey from Ouarzazate to the legendary Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO-listed ksar famous for its ancient earthen architecture and movie scenes. Explore its winding alleys and hilltop views before crossing the High Atlas Mountains via the dramatic Tizi n’Tichka Pass. Arrive in Marrakech by late afternoon, with stunning landscapes and panoramic stops along the way.
Enjoy a free day in Marrakech to dive into the city’s vibrant soul. Wander through the colorful souks, experience the energy of Jemaa el Fna square, and visit iconic palaces and lush gardens. You can also join optional group activities like a guided Medina tour, cooking class, or a trip to the nearby waterfalls — it’s your day to explore at your own pace.
Day trip from Marrakech to the coastal city of Essaouira. Explore its charming medina, bustling harbor, and scenic seaside ramparts. Wander through artisan shops and enjoy fresh seafood by the ocean. At the end of the tour, you can choose to extend your stay either in Marrakech or in Essaouira to further explore and soak in the local culture.
