Mustapha our driver was so interesting and informative on journey to and from the balloon ride. A true gentleman. The balloon ride was the best experience, and should not be missed. No words can describe the feeling of quietly soaring above the ground. It was very relaxing and one of the most amazing things I’ve done. After the ride we all had a much needed breakfast which was delicious. A perfect start to a perfect day.

This journey allowed me to discover two of the country’s most emblematic cities — Casablanca and Marrakech — as well as two exceptional natural sites: the Ourika Valley and the Agafay Desert. It was a trip filled with contrasts — between modernity and tradition, the ocean, mountains, and desert — all made smooth and enjoyable thanks to a highly professional, punctual, and courteous driver, who played a key role in making this experience so successful.We began our adventure in Casablanca, a modern metropolis and Morocco’s economic hub. The city offered a mix of energy and elegance. A highlight of this stop was the visit to the Hassan II Mosque, an architectural masterpiece partially built over the Atlantic Ocean. Its scale, delicate tilework, and spiritual ambiance were deeply moving. We also enjoyed a pleasant stroll along the Corniche, where locals and visitors gather to enjoy the sea breeze, coffee, and fresh seafood. Casablanca presented the perfect introduction to the country’s diversity — with Art Deco architecture, modern buildings, lively markets, and seaside charm all coexisting harmoniously.The journey to Marrakech was seamless, thanks to our driver, who was always on time, respectful, and attentive. We also enjoyed a peaceful moment in the Majorelle Garden, an oasis of color and calm famously restored by Yves Saint Laurent.Outside the city, we experienced two unforgettable day trips.First, we ventured into the Ourika Valley, located in the High Atlas Mountains. It was a breath of fresh air. Only an hour from Marrakech, the landscape transformed into a lush world of rivers, waterfalls, and Berber villages clinging to the hillsides. We hiked to the waterfalls — a bit challenging but absolutely worth it. We were warmly welcomed by locals and enjoyed traditional meals by the riverside. The Ourika Valley was a peaceful, authentic escape from the city’s bustle.Then came a truly magical experience in the Agafay Desert, just outside Marrakech. Although it’s a rocky desert rather than one of dunes, the vast, lunar landscape was breathtaking. As the sun set, the sky turned golden, and we sat down to a traditional Moroccan dinner under the stars in a desert camp. It was a timeless moment — serene, powerful, unforgettable.Throughout the trip, our driver remained available, flexible, and discreet. He adapted the itinerary to our pace, shared helpful tips without being intrusive, and ensured our comfort every step of the way. I don't normally write reviews, but it's easy to do when someone goes out of his way to provide service that is beyond what's expected. When we arrived in Marrakech we were met by our driver, Yasser. He was friendly and engaging and we immediately felt safe and welcome. With Yasser we knew it would be a good few days. But then something unexpected happened. On the second day of our trip we had a family health emergency (all is OK now) and we found ourselves in the emergency room. Obviously our planned itinerary was over as we spent the next four days in the hospital. But here's the thing... Yasser wouldn't leave us alone. I had decided to sleep at the hospital each night to stay close and so I told him he could take off the next few days because we obviously wouldn't need him. And yet, each morning I would wake up very early to go for coffee... and when I walked outside he was already there, parked right at the entrance, waiting to see if I needed anything. I thanked him and told him he was free to leave but he wouldn't. He literally stayed by our side early morning to night in case we needed anything. And so over the next few days he helped me to run a few errands to pick up lunch or a few groceries. But more than anything, he provided support. He could see I was feeling really low and vulnerable, and he provided words of encouragement that literally helped me make it through those days. He's wise beyond his years and I am very grateful to have met him. A year later I am still in touch with Yasser not because of his driving, but because of the person he is. I hope we'll be able to return someday soon, and look forward to seeing him again. He's the very best.

We stayed 7 days in Marrakech, and it is safe to say that our experience might’ve been drastically different without our amazing driver, mustapha. He was on time, attentive, extremely polite and charismatic. We were a group of girls, and he gave us the best suggestions for food, attractions and made sure that we would be going places that were safe. It is safe to say that he will be an amazing addition to your trip.

Samira was very responsive and helpful, providing me with detailed information and clear instructions so that we could arrange the ride smoothly.Our driver, Yassine, did everything he could to make our journey a pleasant and enjoyable one. He is reliable, punctual, helpful and caring. He has a good command of English and could speak multiple languages. He is knowledgeable about the local culture and has a great sense of humour, as well as a good taste in music. He also helped us arrange a guide in Fez. With Yassine, we were able to visit many wonderful cities and interesting attractions despite our tight schedule.I will recommend this company to anyone who wants to explore Morocco

We were 2 couples in a very comfortable and always clean Mercedes van. We were blessed with a Sahara tours driver - Mohammed - who made our visit to this great country stupendous. Since Mohamed has many years of experience, works very well and in cooperation with the Sahara Tour Agency he also functions as a very competent guide. He knows EVERY corner of Morocco. Mohamed explains everything there is to know, and if he by chance was stomped by one of our many questions, he looked up the answer because he himself was curious ! He knows English French German Arabic and Morocan. In addition, Mohammed was kind, helpful, courteous, prompt. Very professional. His suggestions were on the dot. And he loves Morrocco. What a great way to see a country. Due to his great driving, and we DID drive alot, broad, in-depth knowledge , and conscientous , positive, patient, warm personality , we all came back loving this special driver and this special country.
